Is there a way to display the booking search like a horizontal form? If not, could you please explain how can I include it in a slider like in the demo 3?
Thanks in advance.2 months, 1 week ago HQKeymaster
Thanks for interesting our item.
You can add ArrowPress Widget and call HB Widget Search to display the horizontal search form in a page
To add it in slider, you can add HTML layer in static layer with following content.
<div class="room_search_fullw"> <h2 class="resv-text">reservation</h2> [arrowpress_get_widget widget_name="HB_Widget_Search" widget="HB_Widget_Search"] </div>
Thank you, the slider solution works just fine.
But I think I needed to be a little more specific. I prefer to display the search more like a form, so I’m using the sidebar instead of the widget.
I would like it to be have the appearance of the sidebar widget but with the fields displaying horizontally. Is this possible without having to add too much code?
If not, I can just keep using the sidebar the way it is. But just one thing, the placeholder for the arrival and departure date it’s showing random numbers. How can I fix it? I’m attaching a sreenshot.

“I would like it to have the appearance of the sidebar widget but with the fields displaying horizontally. ”
=> It would need to add custom CSS code to style it.
If not, I can just keep using the sidebar the way it is. But just one thing, the placeholder for the arrival and departure date it’s showing random numbers. How can I fix it? I’m attaching a screenshot.
=> Did it works when switching to the default theme?
Also, do you download the theme in Envato Element?
Can you provide purchase code of our item? For further help, I would need that info.

Sorry for this inconvenient, if you purchase in Envato, you can you create a new ticket with all problems in our support site https://arrowhitech.ticksy.com/. You will get better help there.
Also, for this problem “the placeholder for the arrival and departure date it’s showing random numbers. “, I suppose it would need FTP info too.
